JT Talent Management is a talent development and management firm based in Atlanta, GA. Founded by Danielle and her husband Monte Jackson in 2016, they have since fostered the careers of theatrical, commercial, and print talent. You may have seen JT Talent's Jamilah C. Muhammad in Underground railroad, Myles Truitt in Queen Sugar and Kin or BMF, or Drey Wigfall in Saints and Sinners.

Danielle and Monté began their talent management journey when their son Myles Truitt booked the role for young Ronnie Devoé in BET's biopic, The New Edition Story.

While Monté took care of business planning and development, Danielle gained notoriety as "Datstagemom" after her son booked the movie "Kin" with Myles Truitt playing the lead alongside James Franco and Michael B. Jordan.

Since the success of their journey to date, JT Talent has adopted a range of talent, fostering them as their own, just as founders Danielle and Monté have with their son, Myles.

"This is a family business."
